The Mission
Statement
To
create an majorette association that is fair and brings structure and a standard
set of rules and procedures to the summer open competitions.
Scoring
is structured to reflect majorette moves and shapes.
The
committee will govern and run the association.
It
will be made up of all the member troupes.
Any
decision is to be made by at least 3/4 of the Committee members.
The
Committees decision is final.
All
committee members will act in the best interest of the association.
On
the Spot Emergency decisions can be made by no fewer than 3 Committee Members
from Different Troupes
The
committee on a yearly basis will set all Rules and procedures
Member Troupes
Troupes
will follow all rules and procedures of the association.
Majorettes
will follow all rules and procedures of the association.

Competitions will follow all rules and guide lines set by the Association.
Scoring
Scoring will be constructed of marks for each technique used, musical interpretation, togetherness, Shapes and use of arena.
Rules
Rules will be set by the committee covering all aspects of competitions and grading.
Yearly Program
The Committee will set the program for the year, Including Large and small Competitions and grading. Troupes will offer the dates for the events.
The Association will assist any troupe needing help run a competition.
Disputes
/ Complaints
Any
Dispute or Complaints will be lodged with the committee via the troupe leader
and dealt with at the first available meeting.
Temporary Emergency decision can be made by at least three committee members from different troupes at the time of the problem.
